Yummy Cheesecake & Raspberry Icecream
Enjoy the delicious combined flavors of cheesecake and fresh raspberries in a creamy homemade ice cream. Ingredients 3 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1½ c. pureéd, strained raspberries 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. whole milk Directions In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and continue whisking until combined.
